At Greensteam Weeding UK, we are a company that is using an environmentally friendly solution to control weeds instead of using chemicals that may be harmful to the environment we are using superheated steam. The way it works is the superheated saturated steam kills the plant cells and effectively wilts the plants so they can no longer photosynthesise and gives almost immediate knockdown effect. It is most effective if used as a routine application which over time sees a reduction of weeds as the weeds seed bank is reduced by regular application of steam to the plants thus lowering the seed dispersal by the plants.
